Since 2007 we’ve worked with more than 800 school leaders and over 500 volunteers, impacting in excess of 240,000 students as we progress our vision. We provide structured, multi-year learning for principals | tumuaki and school leaders. Through our work, we build a high-trust environment where common challenges faced by tumuaki in different contexts can be unpacked, and potential solutions identified through the lens of strategic leadership and strategy development.

Strategic Measurement for Schools is the result of a three-year collaboration between The Aotearoa Foundation, Springboard Trust and our volunteer partners to meet the measurement challenge faced by schools. Through the programme schools identify holistic, long-term performance objectives and measures using our Balanced Scorecard framework and develop the skills to effectively tell an evidence-based story of progress within their school |kura. Without the support of the Aotearoa Foundation the development of this new programme would not have been possible.
